+ Before delivery:
If we could not reach the customer to re-confirm by Phone call, Telegram, WhatsApp, or Messenger, we will hold the order for 48 hours before being cancelling.
+ Ongoing delivery:
Delivery man will deliver the products to the address provided by the customer, If the customer is still unreachable within 20-30 minutes, we will return the products and contact to customer again in order to clarify and re-arrange the delivery again with additional delivery fee.
We do not have a refund policy, therefore when the customer cancels the order or transfers the payment over amount, we will keep the remaining amount as a credit for the next order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
